UnlimitedFTP Secure Business - Small (1-9 employees)

This licensing category is for small-sized businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations. To qualify for this category, the organization must have less than 10 employees. The number of employees is defined as the total number of employees (full-time, part-time and sub-contractors) of the company where UnlimitedFTP is to be installed. Please remember that if a third-party (for example a system integrator) is purchasing UnlimitedFTP, then the number of employees is not of the third party, but the total number of employees of the target company. Under this agreement, Unlimi-Tech Software reserves the right to request information regarding the total number of employees in a company.

This license is for unlimited number of end-users but is restricted to one server and one domain (but valid for multiple sub-domains.) If you want to deploy the license on multiple servers for load-balancing, then you need to purchase additional licenses.

For example: You are the owner of a business employing 5 persons. You want to deploy UnlimitedFTP on one server and one website. This means that you qualify for one license of UnlimitedFTP Secure Business - Small.

The total price for the license comes out to be $399. After the end of the first year, there is an annual renewal of 40% each year or for $997.50 you could purchase a perpetual license.
