UnlimitedFTP Secure Business - Medium (10-99 employees)

This licensing category is for medium-sized businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations. To qualify for this category, the organization must have more than 9 but less than 99 employees. The number of employees is defined as the total number of employees (full-time, part-time and sub-contractors) of the company where UnlimitedFTP is to be installed. Please remember that if a third-party (for example a system integrator) is purchasing UnlimitedFTP, then the number of employees is not of the third party, but the total number of employees of the target company. Under this agreement, Unlimi-Tech Software reserves the right to request information regarding the total number of employees in a company.

This license is for unlimited number of end-users but is restricted to one domain (but multiple sub-domains.) If you want to deploy the license on multiple servers for load-balancing, then you need to purchase additional licenses.

For Example: Your are a system integrator and want to buy UnlimitedFTP for a company with 78 full-time and 12 part-time employees. You want to deploy UnlimitedFTP Secure on two different websites that have separate domain names. This means that you will need two licenses of UnlimitedFTP Secure.

Since there are a total of 90 employees, you qualify for the UnlimitedFTP Secure Business - Medium license.

The price for each license comes out to be $599 (total of $1,198) for the first year. After the end of the first year, there is an annual renewal of 40% each year or for $2,995.00 you could purchase a perpetual license for both servers.
