UnlimitedFTP Lite Business - Medium (10-99 employees)

This licensing category is for medium-sized businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations. To qualify for this category, the organization must have more than 9 but less than 99 employees. The number of employees is defined as the total number of employees (full-time, part-time and sub-contractors) of the company where UnlimitedFTP is to be installed.

Please remember that if a third-party (for example a system integrator) is purchasing UnlimitedFTP, then the number of employees is not of the third party, but the total number of employees of the target company. Under this agreement, Unlimi-Tech Software reserves the right to request information regarding the total number of employees in a company.

This license is for unlimited number of end-users but is restricted to one server and one domain (but multiple sub-domains.) If you want to deploy the license on multiple servers for load-balancing, then you need to purchase additional licenses. For Example: Your are a system integrator and want to buy UnlimitedFTP for a company with 58 full-time and 12 part-time employees. You want to deploy UnlimitedFTP in two different websites that have separate domain names. This means that you will need two licenses of UnlimitedFTP. Since there are a total of 70 employees, you qualify for the UnlimitedFTP Lite Business - Medium license. The price for each license comes out to be $299 (total of $598) for the first year. After the end of the first year, there is an annual renewal of 40% each year.
