UnlimitedFTP Secure - Large Business (100-999 employees)

This licensing category is for large sized businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations. To qualify for this category, the organization must have between 100-999 employees. The number of employees is defined as the total number of employees (full-time, part-time and sub-contractors) of the company where UnlimitedFTP is to be installed. Please remember that if a third-party (for example a system integrator) is purchasing UnlimitedFTP, then the number of employees is not of the third party, but the total number of employees of the target company. Under this agreement, Unlimi-Tech Software reserves the right to request information regarding the total number of employees in a company.

This license is for unlimited number of end-users but is restricted to one domain \ (but is valid for unlimited number of sub-domains.) If you want to deploy the license on multiple servers for load-balancing, then you need to purchase additional licenses.

For Example: You are the IT manager of a non-profit organization with 190 full-time and 110 part-time employees. You want to deploy UnlimitedFTP Secure on one website. This means that you will need one license of UnlimitedFTP.

Since there are a total of 300 employees, you qualify for the UnlimitedFTP Secure - Large Business license.

The price for the license comes out to be $799 for the first year. After the end of the first year, there is an annual renewal of 40% each year or for $1,997.50 you could purchase a perpetual license.
