UnlimitedFTP Pro Academic

This licensing category is for academic institutions including schools, colleges and universities. The academic license is valid for multiple servers and/or domain names. Our licensing scheme uses a graduated scale to calculate the price. In this scenario, the "number of users" is defined as the total number of enrolled students, staff and faculty in the institution. It is up to the discretion of Unlimi-Tech Software to decide if the institution belongs in this category. Under this agreement, Unlimi-Tech Software reserves the right to request information about the total number of students and faculty.

There is an annual fee to renew the applet license. The cost of the renewal will be 40% of the regular price of a license. (This excludes all specials and rebates.) This fee will entitle you to support and upgrades to all versions of the applet for an additional 12 months. If you don't want to pay renewal fees, you can purchase a perpetual license for 2.5 times the original cost. Under perpetual license, you will still be entitled to all upgrades and support.

For example: You are a community college with an enrolment of 8,000 students and 500 staff and faculty members. Under this agreement you will be paying for 8,500 users.

The license price will be:
For the first 2,000 users @ $0.15 per user = $300
For the next 3,000 users @ $0.05 per user = $150
For the remaining 3,500 users @ $0.04 per user = $140

The total price will be $590 with an annual renewal of 40% or for $1,475.00 you could purchase a perpetual license.
