Chris Bailey (Co-Founder and CEO)
As CEO and co-founder, Chris is responsible for the overall corporate strategy as well as establishing and fostering key partnerships and new market opportunities. He is an expert in file transfer technologies, and has led development of many of Unlimi-Tech’s core technologies including the FileCatalyst protocol. Although his primary role is to help oversee operations and corporate vision, Chris is still heavily involved in the development of FileCatalyst technology at its core. Chris received his BSc. in Computer Science from Dalhousie University.

John Tkaczewski (Co-Founder and President)
As President and Co-founder, John is responsible for overall vision, finance, administration and day-to-day operations. In the 10 years of John’s tenure as president, Unlimi-Tech recorded substantial and consistent growth. John oversees the creative and technical vision of the FileCatalyst Webmail and FileCatalyst Workflow products. John graduated Bishop’s University with a BSc. in Computer Science.

Dave McKeen (VP Enterprise Sales)
Dave McKeen joined Unlimi-tech software with an extensive business and technology background. Mr. McKeen previously served as the vice president of business development and operations for Corel Corporation, where he managed the due diligence process for the sale of Corel to Vector Capital. In addition, Mr. McKeen led the integration of MicroGrafx and SoftQuad worldwide operations into Corel and led Corel’s third party technology licensing program. During this period, Mr. McKeen was also a board adviser to OE/One Corporation and Hemera Technologies. Mr McKeen managed teams in St.Petersburg Russia, Moscow and California. As the Vice President, Enterprise Sales he is responsible for establishing and fostering key partnerships and new market opportunities.

Christian Charette (Software Development Manager)
Christian joined Unlimi-Tech Software with a decade of experience in the telecom industry in Montreal, working for Nortel Networks, Simpler Networks, and Ericsson Research Canada. He currently oversees the product development team and FileCatalyst product roadmaps, manages and leads architecture for the software design team, provides leadership for the quality control team, and ensures continued excellence from the technical support team. Christian attended McGill University, Concordia University, and holds a BSc. in Computer Science from Bishop’s University. He is also the founder and owner of a successful photography company.

Raghu Kulkarni (Non-Executive Director)
Raghu has an Engineering degree in Electronics from REC Suratkal (India) and an MBA from IIM Calcutta (India). Raghu has over 15 years’ experience in Application Development and System Integration. In 1995, Raghu founded ProSoftnet Corp. (www.pro-softnet.com). ProSoftnet Corp. now enjoys over $12 million in annual revenues, offering software solutions to Fortune 500 companies and Online Storage Services to consumers and businesses.

Ian Bowles (Non-Executive Director)
Ian was trained as an electronics engineer and worked for Nortel for 10 years before founding Pronexus Inc, a telephony software company. Under his guidance, Pronexus grew to a $5M, 30 employee, consistently profitable company until it was sold in 2000. He also acts as a mentor and investor for startup software companies.partnerships and new market opportunities.
